I had already set up the pre-authorized payment using a credit card, but my current bill doesn't reflect the $5 reduction.

Can anyone tell me how to fix it?

When did you setup the preauthorized payment method and when is your billing date? As well, when you check your current plan in self serve, is there any indication that the discount was there?

We have looked into it and we see the autopay method was set up after the bill date, this is why it wasn’t reflected on the bill.

Starting with your next bill, you should see the discount.
