I think someone might be using my number I was charged over 20 dollars for minutes to a number that I never texted I called Koodo about a month ago to flag it and i never even got a warning about it. What do I do cause I can’t afford to pay it.

Can you explain that in a little more detail? What exactly does your PDF invoice say the charge was for?

Do you see the call on your phone in the call history for that date?  Does anyone else have access to your phone? 


No it’s not on the call history and I’m not that I’m aware unless someone stole my number 


If you are not aware of the call, we recommend scheduling a call with the virtual assist and speak with the technical support team, so they can further investigate.


Have you tried googling the number to see if you can find out what the number is for?
