Hello, I was unreasonably charged for easyroam on Mar 12. Can someone help me remove it from my bill? Thank you so much!
Also, I plan to stay in another country for a while and stop using this mobile phone service temporarily. I wonder is there a way(without payment) to keep my mobile phone number and I can still use the same phone number after I come back to Canada?

If you want to stop the service, you could request to put your plan on seasonal hold for $15/month https://www.koodomobile.com/en/help/keeping-your-account-open-when-travelling
