I need with overages before paying my bill.. it will be suspended and I'm not paying reconnecting fee nor roaming charges.

Please help rep.. I can't get ahold of anyone, please call me.

I never left Canada but am being charged for leaving. Get it right please

If it's accidental charge, they will remove it.

Do you see it on your bill? And they don't suspend your line because you didn't pay for false roaming charge.

We have reviewed the account and we have been able to remove the roaming charges since it happened due to accidental data roaming, feel free to check the details in your self serve account when you get the chance.

We recommend switching data roaming off and also switch to manual network and select Koodo in the phone settings, this would prevent the connection to a US tower when near the border.
