i am getting frustrated having to post every month or try and get in touch regarding roaming charges. we live across the ocean from the united states. despite turning roaming ‘off’ on my phone AND manually selecting the koodo tower, i am still receiving roaming charges. please turn off roaming on the back end as i have no plans to travel to the US. please adjust my bill again for these unwarranted charges.

We weren’t able to find a roaming charge on your last bill, can you please let us know on which bill you see the charge?
If it’s on the pending bill, please start a new post once the charge appears on the bill and we will look into it further.
This is a worldwide situation where the phone can pick signal from a tower across the border when you are living or traveling close to the border.
