Hello, there is a US roaming charge on my bill for September 13th, 2024, while I was clearly in Toronto, Canada.  I never left the country that day/week and only went on a trail by Lake Ontario.

Please remove the $14 US roaming charge, so I can pay the next bill.

Let me flag a rep to look into it.

Thanks for your response. As stated I was not travelling anywhere near the US border.  I was in Toronto, across the Lake.  When will my bill be credited the Roaming Charge?

In order to access the details on our end, we’d need you to log out from your communtiy account and then log back in via self serve, as in the screenshot below and let us know once done.


Really?  I had to create an account just to make this post, as Koodo wouldn’t let me log in with my Self Serve .  What phone number can you be reached at for proper customer service instead of this slow method?
