Hi I I travelled to the states in December and used and paid for my roaming. It looks like I’m still being billed for them. This is a new phone and I’m not sure that I have the best of plans. Would love the opportunity to discuss this with someone.

Just to confirm, do you see roaming charges on your bill after you returned?
If yes, which charges are you referring to? (please do not post any personal information here since it’s a public forum)
If you were roaming, then yes you will be billed for it. If you login to your self serve you can download your detailed pdf ebill to see what the charges are for.
Typically your first bill is higher since you start part way through your billing cycle and then you are billed 1 month ahead.
So this bill could be where the roaming has landed. But download and read your detailed pdf ebill to get a better understand.
