I require a refund on my bill for roaming charges. I did not leave the country. I requested a call back from customer service that I have not received. 

Have you traveled to anywhere near US border recently?

As the roaming fee showed up in your bill, I flag a rep here to look into it.

We have reviewed the details and we have been able to remove the roaming charges since it was due to accidental data roaming, feel free to check the details in your self serve account when you get the chance.

We recommend switching data roaming off and also switch to manual network and select Koodo in the phone settings, this would prevent the connection to a US tower when near the border.
