there are roaming charges on my bill, despite the fact that 1. i have not left the country and 2. i have "roaming" switched off. these charges need to be removed. i need to speak to a human being at koodo or telus. if this is not possible, i will switch to a mobility provider that has real, verifiable customer service. i have been a loyal koodo client for many years, but i am fed up. david henman ***35
