Hello, I was incorrectly charged for roaming out of Canada. I live close to the border and my roaming is off my phone settings so I should not have been charged. Please take this off my bill. Thanks.

We weren’t able to find a roaming charge on your last bill, can you please let us know on which bill you see the charge?
If it’s on the pending bill, please start a new post once the charge appears on the bill and we will look into it further
