Roaming charges when I was not in the USA. Please remove these.

 

Hi ​@DaleSmith, we’ll gladly look into the charges for you but we cannot access your account. We’ve asked you to please log out then log back in using your Self Serve credentials as shown below so we can check. If you cannot log in you can schedule a call-back through our Koodo Assist or send us a private message on Social Media via Facebook, X/Twitter or Instagram.


I've done this sooooooooooooooooooooooo many times. Your instructions are wrong. How can I post if I’m not logged in??


You are logged in via your community account, you need to be logged in with the same credentials you’re using for your online Koodo account as we cannot access it otherwise. 


I am using the same credentials as my koodo account. Verified many times.

Unfortunately we could not authenticate the account through the method of log in you used here. We would recommend you to log out of the Community and when you log back in, use the Self Serve option, as shown in the picture above. 

As troubleshooting steps, you can clear the cache and cookies or use the Incognito/private mode of your browser before proceeding with the above. Trying a different browser or device can also help.
