i cancelled this account 6 months ago paid outstanding charges cancelled ok moved on to new cell phone company .due to a mistake at the bank i realized that this account was not cancelled and there’s been no active calls on this account since.

so why on Nov 1 did Koodo take 325.66 from my account to was a payment made by mistake and reversed in 2 mins f payment but koodoo took that money and than came back on the 28 f month for more i want to know why and this needs to stop i want my money returned

 

please call me back so i can discuss this matter

all i need is someone at office to all me or send me a number that i can talk to a live person about billing so i can get this solved and  refund and cancel service.

im not a well person and stress is not good for me and that all ive gotten from this for days to solve this myself i need help please.

 


how can i get the main office in billing charges to contact me its very important.

why do i keep trying to get help  there doesnt seem to be anyone that can help me.

i have no way to ask for a call back or email to resolve this issue.
