I was charged on october 11th 2024 for roaming to the USA, without receiving a roaming text while i remained in canada on vancouver island. Can this be reversed? I was also using airplane mode at the time of the charge.

I was also charged similarly for roaming on August 10th 2024 and August 11th 2024, again, while I remained in canada on vancouver island. Im not sure of the window to dispute but is it possible to get these charges refunded as well?

Let me flag a rep to help you out.

It is unlikely you will be credited for August, since you only have 30 days from the date you receive your bill to review your charges and dispute the charges.

Hi @honeyandmaplesfam

We have looked into it and we have been able to remove the charge on the September bill.

For the charge on October 11th, please let us know once the charge is posted on the bill and we will look into it further.

Please note that Koodo gives 30 days period to dispute any charge that you do not agree with (in case of roaming, it may extend to 90 days in case the charges appear on the bill later). You can check the Service terms here https://www.koodomobile.com/en/service-terms
