renegotiating plan

We are considering moving our home Internet and tv from shaw to telus. They have a bundle that offers $40/mth for 20GB with Koodo and we would like to change our plans to that if possible. 
 

id like to talk to someone at koodo about it but can’t find how to speak to anyone

    From your description it was a Telus offer. You would have to visit a Telus store or call Telus to ask about it.
