Hello, I received a refund cheque from Koodo dated 2023-08-10. However, I had changed my address and didn’t receive it on time. Anyhow recently I got the cheque, but unfortunately, it has expired, and I’m unable to deposit it into my bank account. How can I request a new cheque from Koodo?

The check is pretty old.

You will need to schedule a call back with the virtual assist and speak with the a rep from the Payment team. They will be able to confirm if the cheque can be reissued.
