I set the subscription on September by calling with rep and there was a technical issue which wasn't able to connect with my account. I called three rep to cancel my subscription and payment, and to take refund but while waiting refund of first payment, I automatically paid for second one in October. I could get the refund via deduction last month but while waiting for second pay refund, I paid third one yesterday.

I don't know what is wrong with the service.

I literally don't wanna use the subscription which I can't even access.

Also, I'm curious why it takes so long to get refund.

Koodo owes me 42 dollars and all I'm doing is just paying and deducted.

Are you saying that you still get new bills? Does your self serve actually indicate that your plan is cancelled?
