Hi I receive roaming alert but I did not turn on roaming, can any Koodo agent please assist me?
I do not want to be charged a roaming fee.

Receiving those messages don't charge you automatically.
Go to your phone setting and manually select Koodo as your mobile network operator.

How did you turn off roaming? Because there is no easy way to just turn off roaming.
