Reactivating phone number

Hi, I recently activated a phone number from Koodo. However, I received a message from Koodo that I should pay my bill(before my payment date). When I tried to pay, I was unable to click the ‘Pay Now’ button. So, I enabled a pre-authorized payment. The day after I received the message from Koodo, my phone number got suspended.

I tried to get help through Koodo chat service for a callback. Unfortunately, I do not have another number to receive a callback. What could I do in this situation? Thanks.

Unfortunately setting up a pre-authorized payment doesn’t pay past bills… it only works for future invoices. You should still be able to call #227 from your suspended phone and set up a payment arrangement. I’m not sure if you can use that to pay your current invoice though.
