Hi, I recently activated a phone number from Koodo. However, I received a message from Koodo that I should pay my bill(before my payment date). When I tried to pay, I was unable to click the ‘Pay Now’ button. So, I enabled a pre-authorized payment. The day after I received the message from Koodo, my phone number got suspended.
I tried to get help through Koodo chat service for a callback. Unfortunately, I do not have another number to receive a callback. What could I do in this situation? Thanks.
