I recently realized that Koodo raised my bill by 10 dollars a month without notifying me and has made a charge to my account that doesn’t reflect anywhere on the bill summary. Anyone else have this issue? 

Can you post a screenshot of the bill without personal info?

I have seen many posts mentioned that they raised $3 to $5 per month. But never seen $10 raised yet.  It could  be proration due to change your plan?

Also, download your previous E-bill and check the bottom of the page. There should be a note about increase the price.
