Question about updating my billing info

Hello,

First off, WTF Koodo? Why can’t we speak to a person? The ‘assistant’ is utterly useless. I managed to get a call back appointment for 2 days later last week and no one called…

So the problem is: my employer wants to pay for my phone, I would like to keep my name on the account and have it billed to them. Is it possible?

@Tipete The only way that would be possible is using your company’s employee issued credit card to your Koodo bill.
