Hello I just upgraded my phone on black friday and was suspose to have a $5/ month credit for both phones. I just got my lastest bill and there is no credits for either phone and also an extra 10 tab charge on the one number

We have looked into it and we have been able to remove the $10 since it was related to the previous phone that was returned.
We were unable to find a recurring credit in the account or on the service agreement.
Was this discount mentioned by the rep in store?
Yes i was told this by the rep in the store, it was a loyalty discount i believe that was offered on my account
I am also unable to select a perk for my one phone
Unfortunately, we couldn’t find an offer for $5 monthly credit available when you renewed, this could have been store specific.
We’d recommend checking with the store where the phone were purchased.
For the perk, please let us confirm the last two digits of the phone number in question and which perk you are trying to add.

We’ve tried to add the perk from our end but we were unable to. We have submitted a request for the perk to be added by the dedicated team in the backend. This will take up to 3 business days.
