The following was the offer I got from Koodo during Black Friday.

 

However, I don’t see the bill credit in my first bill I just got today.

 

That is indeed strange. Let me flag a rep to check on it for you.

We’ve noticed you spoke to one of our agents yesterday and we can confirm that the credit will be reflected starting with the next bill. The credits were originally added for the temporary number and were added later to your ported in number.

@Georgia Koodo My understanding is the credit is supposed to be added to the bill from beginning as per the order I got. It was a mistake that there was no credit on the first bill. Could you please correct the mistake?

We have looked into it and can see the activation day was the same day with the bill date, which led to postponing the start of the credit with the next bill.
