Are you roaming as of now?

The ER/VC wasn’t an actual call, it was there to denote something has triggered easyroam on that day. I recommend you check usage of data, text to see what Koodo said you used.


Thank you for your response, I already checked and for the 18th there is no data entry except for roaming charges, apart from the fact that the activation occurred at 11:34 pm, which is a ridiculous time to activate since the cycle ends at 12 am and Besides, I was already asleep. (on October 17 and 19, I did activate roaming there is activity both days) - is there any number to call koodo support directly or this can be fix this way?

yes, i did put my phone on airplane mode for most of my vacation, i only activated the 17th and 19th, i dont know why is a roaming charges for the 18th (with 0 activity).. bizarre
