Hi there

 

its very unfortunate that i live across a 10 mile channel from the USA and each month I am incorrectly charged for roaming despite following all instructions and ensuring i have manually selected the koodo tower and have turned roaming off on my phone. please remove the additional $28 charge from my bill, yet again.  thank you

So when you checked, you were still o manual selection mode and still ended up on roaming?


yes that is correct. this happens to me at least once a month. thanks for your quick reply and assistance.

We are sorry to hear that the situation is less than ideal. Switching the network mode from Automatic network Selection to Manual Network Selection should keep you connected to Koodo only.  

 

In regards to the charges, we can see that the December invoice was already addressed. As the charges are ongoing, we would have to wait for the charges to load and the new invoice to be released. When the bill loads in the Self Serve account, you can reach out here and we will gladly look into the situation.
