My phone is on Telus and plan on Koodo. A store in Scarborough has processed this ! Can u believe it. I just got annoyed when I realized I have been paying for iPhone 15 180 a month. Can someone help me to resolve this? Trying to reach support but they don’t respond

I am little confused. How do you know your device was Telus and your plan was Koodo? have you received a service agreement from Koodo?
Where are you seeing the $180/month bill?
When you login to your self serve are you seeing you owe $180?
Can you download your detailed pdf ebill? What does it say on pages 3/4?
