Why has koodo been happy to over charge me for my current plan instead of just give me the same data as newer plans or drop my bill?
What do you mean by overcharge on your current plan? Some sort of overage fees? Roaming? Rate plan increase?
Black Friday deals are coming in a couple of weeks. I would change to one of those plans on Black Friday itself for the most GB per dollar.
Just like the rest of us customers it is up to you to be proactive and change your plan when better plans come around. They are a self serve company. Check the upcoming Black Friday sales.
I started Koodo with 4 Gb of data at $60 a month. After several changes over the years I have 100 GB of Canada-US data at 5G.
Or if you don't have a Tab you can transfer to another company if they have better offers. I did this last year for my husband as he doesn't use much data. I moved him to Public Mobile (sister company to Koodo) for 50 GB of Canada-US data for $34 a month. Koodo was offering something like 4 GB at the time for $30.
