I’m having huge issues paying with my foreign card. A month ago I spent hours on the phone trying to activate my italian debit card, but the issue remains.
So when I do the payment, my bank sayis that the money have been taken in exit, bu the koodo payment system sayis to me that there is an issue, the payment didn’t go trought, so I’ve my money in hold and they are not taken from koodo’s bank and they keep coming back to my bank account!
How can I resolve it?

Will you please attempt the payment once again and let us know if it worked?
Unfortunately, the last time I tried over and over my card was blocked, too many attempts result in a weird activity for the bank and they automatically block it. So I don't feel good on try again.
But the payment worked on my end, money are on exit from my bank, it's koodo's bank that it's having problems and it doesn't accept the payment. I have like the code of the payment, it may be useful for koodo's bank to accept the money?
