I had made a payment though my self serve account using a visa debit card, and got an error message saying that it couldn’t go through but that the money hadn’t been taken from my account. After logging on to my banking app, the money had indeed left my account. Nothing has shown up on my self serve account, but the money has left my chequing account. Not sure how to proceed, as the bank can’t reverse the charge.
