Hello!

I was in Vancouver for a couple months and used a monthly paid sim-card. I flew back to Austria end of November, canceled my banking account and my monthly paid sim-card aswell. Unfortunately I just received a bill by Koodoo I have to pay until January, but I don’t have a canadian credit card whatsoever… 

I’m really looking out for help! Thanks!

So if you had a prepaid sim card and you left in November, the January notification is for when the account closes. After non payment, you have 90 days to top up a prepaid koodo account otherwise it closes for good. And that's it!

So if you don't plan on coming back to canada anytime soon I would recommend you leave it. Is this the case or is it the postpaid service? As that will be a different story. More on this can be found in the link.
