Paying my bill late

I’m going to be eight days late paying my bill. I know that there is a 3% late fee, but does anyone know if I am risking my service being turned off? I can’t find away to actually speak to a person about this, and the assist bot just keeps giving me the same information with no real answers.

You will get a bunch of warning emails/texts before they ever shutoff/suspend your line and if it’s only one month that’s gonna be a few days late you should be fine.
