Pay bill

I usually pay my phone bill through the website, however I paid this month bill through the mobile banking app using the Pay a Bill two days ago and it’s not reflecting on my self-service.

And also I was supposed to pay $46.76 but paid $46.75. Is this why it’s not going through?

It takes about 5 business days for direct bank payments to show up in self serve. I don’t think the one cent made a difference there :)

For payments via online banking, it usually takes 3 - 5 business days to be posted on your Koodo account (https://www.koodomobile.com/en/help/online-payment-methods)

The payment should still go through even if not the full amount has been paid.
