I have been trying for 30 minutes to download my past pdf bills. I tried requesting all three at once and the downloader would not complete the download. I tried to start again and requested one download and the same thing happens. I turned off the protections in my browser and tried again with one download at a time and it still did not work. Please fix the downloader so I can download my past bills.

Which web browser are you using? Can you try on on a different device or different web browser?
As well, test the incognito/invisible mode of the web browser to see if that can help
