may i know why my billing is overcharge this month?

Did you check the last page of your previous bill to see if there was a rate increase?


Yes it is increased


That would explain your higher bill…. you should check page 3 etc of your previous PDF invoice, there should be a notice about the increase.

It would be in the fine print on the very last page, usually at the end of the bill before the increase.
