I've thankfully left Koodo's service, and even after paying off my tab in full a month or so prior, Koodo still took a direct debit $257.64 for my final bill, and there's no breakdown or explanation either. 

WTH is this and I want my money back ASAP.

Page 3 on The final bill has no mention whatsoever of this amount?

Hi @SwanLakeGold777, the $230 charge on your October 7 bill is for the Tab Bonus, you can find this on the bill charged as Tab Bonus Debit - Cancellation.

The Tab Bonus is not charged monthly but it does decrease with the Tab. The Bonus will only be charged if you upgrade/cancel before the 24 month Tab period is finished. You can find more information on the Tab Bonus here https://www.koodomobile.com/en/help/Tab-bonus

The charge on your September 7 bill was a manual payoff for the Tab, which is shown on the bill as Tab Payoff - Lump Sum for $160.44.
