Asked for a seasonal hold that I managed to get a discount on. (Normally 30$, got it for 20$/month for 6 months.)

Got charged 15$ extra for a change of plan. I think the rep got mixed up because I got 3 different emails. 

Now I'm in Mexico, the AI can't help and I can't schedule a callback because I'm on seasonal hold and they don't accept international calls.
