Our account was put on vacation mode Oct 15,2024, till April 24, 2025. Charges were $15 pm plus taxes X 2 phone lines. My last bill was $238.00. If our phones were on holiday mode why the extra charges? I’ve tried to call to get an explanation but with no success, there is no way of talking to customer service rep. We are in Mexico and no international call backs are allowed. We are not wanting to pay the $238 bill until we get this problem solved and a credit applied.
