Why was i charged 50$ for reconnecting fee?? After i paid the balance before the due date?? Kindly remove it asap. I paid my balance before the due date!

How did you pay Koodo? if you paid Koodo via online banking, you would have to wait 3-5 business for the payment to arrive.
Regarding the connection fee, it is part of their payment policy as stated here https://www.koodomobile.com/en/help/past-due-bill?
If you want to dispute, you have to schedule a call back from them.
I paid 3 days before the due date!
