I am following up on the pause data glitch.

I’ve been getting my monthly bill which is more than 3 times the expected amount. Looking at the account history page, it seems that the rate plan adjustments that have been attempted to solve the paused data issue were actually charged as many times.

Can you make sure that this is charged back as soon as possible?
