I was missing a few payments due to some reason,right now I try to log in to self service and pay up the balance,somehow and I just can’t log in to my account,is there any solution for that?

Is your SIM card currently working?

When was the last time you accessed your Koodo self-serve? Has it been over 90 day


Thank you for the reply!I’m not sure if the SIM card is still active or not since I don‘t have access to my account now,and I’m aware of this account has been suspended due to non payment,I can‘t recall when is the last time I try to log in to self serve but is probably over 90 days already,right now I just want pay up the balance and restore the service,Since I'm currently outside of Canada is been a difficult to me reaching out for help from the local shop.

If the account was deactivated more than 90 days, you wouldn’t able to access it. As of now, you could contact Koodo directly by Facebook messaging if you are overseas https://www.facebook.com/Koodo and ask them about the options for payment.

Be patience though, they might not respond right away , expect hours of delay depending on the number of customers going through that channel.
