Koodo has been increasing several plans. There should be a notification on your previous PDF invoice. No reason, except they cite “inflation” and “increased cost”. It usually pays to shop around, and Black Friday is around the corner!

We have reviewed the details and there was a price increase announced on the September bill, download the PDF bill in self serve and check page 11.
We recommend checking in self serve if there are better plan options available for you.
I feel like saying it was announced is more than a little deceptive. You have the ability to send us text messages to notify us of bills being available and when I’m travelling, but your company made a conscious decision to bury the notice of rate increases on the last page of the bill.
The CRTC mandated that bills need to be made clear and concise to the consumer, and this is absolutely breaching that mandate. The fact that this exact topic has popped up everywhere online the last few days as everyone gets their bill is more than enough proof that it was deceptive.
Well yes, I would consider it so as well. However, the language used is plain and concise. It's just buried in the end. CRTC doesn't mandate something like texts or front page notifications of rate plan changes.
