I have been trying to update my credit card information in order to pay my prepaid monthly plan but every time I type in all my information from my new card I get a “Oops! Please try again later” message. It’s not my credit card because there hasn’t been any attempts of payments. Been trying to pay Koodo prepaid the last 3 hours and can’t get it to work. Will someone please help me.

Does the name/address/postal code in your prepaid account match the one on the credit card?
