Why do my monthly charges incrementally go up almost every month since I joined 13 months ago? Knowing human greed very well, I’m sure that I’m not the only one experiencing this. I originally signed up with Koodo because of the 20GB's and low price of $35.00/month. I joined 13 months ago and have made no changes to the way that I use these services since joining, yet the price has gone up $12.00 dollars since I joined? That’s almost a $1.00 a month since I joined. I'm furious!!!

Neither can I get a callback on more than than a dozen attempts! I’m incredibly busy and have no time to sit on my phone enduring the inevitable!! I am again willing to change company’s if something isn’t done about this rampant craziness! 

From your brief description, it is hard to know exactly the cause of it. Have you downloaded your detail PDF bill in self-serve to see what going on. Check the page 3 of the PDF to see your rate plan. What is the rateplan now and what is the rateplan 13 months ago?

Additionally, was there any monthly credit that you received when you activated your number?
