Im back with koodo in 10 years and i am already disappointed with Koodo for their inconsistent and unreliable customer service.

I spoke on the phone with koodo agent Kumari and she offered me $40 plan 100gb 24 months with 0 dollar s24 fe samsung. On top of that she mentioned there will be one time $50 bill credit towards my next bill. However when first bill got generated, $50 bill credit was no where to be seen. I called billing department and surprisingly, there is no note or records about the bill credit. I am not happy about how Koodo agents mention somthing that doesnt even exist to make more customers sign up. Koodo confirmation / quote dont mean anything as their confirmation doesnt show much about the offer. It is another huge disappointment that koodo keeps tricking their customers for something they couldnt finalize. Im raising my concern to the next level of supervisor.

I definitely suggest following through with it. I don’t know the rate of this happening, but it’s posted often enough that someone said they were offered to have the connection fee waived, or a credit, and then it wasn’t. I don’t like doing these things over the phone for that reason. At a store you have the option to find the person face to face should it not show up in your notes or service agreement.


I scheduled a callback with the supervisor and the supervisor never reached me out. Koodo cs is still so horrible as they were 10 years ago.
