My service was canceled yesterday due to non-payment. I would like to ask if my number can be retained? I want to arrange my payment as soon as possible.

If your service was suspended, then yes once you pay in full along with a reconnection fee, your service will resume with your existing number

@Anthony Lazio In case of cancelation due to non-payment, it is important to get in touch with the Payment Support team as soon as possible.

They will review the payment arrangement options for your and will confirm if the number can be reactivated.
