not able to pay my koodo bill

I have been trying to pay my koodo bill for the last two days. I get a error saying “transaction could not be processed..” (image attached). I need to pay it by today. :( 

This is even before entering my payment info - so I don’t think it has anything to do with my card info.

@Sharmila I see the last 2 payments had no issues. Is it safe to assume you are using the same card again? Could you pls dial 611 from your phone, follow the steps to make payments and see if it works that way?
