I recently received a bill to my e-mail address but I am not a Koodo customer and have no intention of being one.  I cancelled any subscription to internet and mobility before any subscription started.

So you were once subscribed to Koodo internet? How did you cancel the service? 


Nothing was activated, 3 hours after discussing signing up for internet and mobile service, I called them back and cancel everything.  Will not go near Koodo or Telus again.

Did you have a confirmation of the activation and cancellation? Was your order processed? Internet subscription is a prepaid service, they charged you upfront for the month. As of now, I would recommend you schedule a call back from them and ask a rep to check the bill (if any) 


I did receive a refund on the prepaid internet service but now have a bill for mobile service which of course I do not have.


Hi ​@Conway your mobility account is still active and it will not be cancelled automatically unless you port out the phone number. If you would like to cancel it you can schedule a call-back through our Koodo Assist or you can send us a private message on social media via Facebook, X/Twitter or Instagram.
