My credit card expired a few weeks ago, and I just payed koodo bill yesterday (with a delay) and right after that my service was cut off.

I have no service now, and I can't call koodo.

How long does it take to process the payment?

Would the service will be back as soon as the payment is processed?

If someone could help it would be great, I need it for work today!

You can call #227 to speak with the billing department and see if your service can be restored.

We have checked and the service sfor the line ending in *72 are active.

Have you tried restarting your phone?


Yes, I restarted and now is back.
