I had got Koodo Monthly Post paid plan 6 months back along with a promotion from Telus.

I was kind of forced to take a koodo phone at the time. Suddenly, starting last month, they have spiked my bill dollars. I requested a callback, and finally got one today. And the person on the other side started selling me other plans without listening to my issue. Then they called me again and there was no voice from the other side. I don't know how to reach out to them. They have literally spiked my bills citing the old plan has expired and I can see them selling plans at the same price to new customers in all the malls and shopping centers around Burnaby and Tricities. Unprofessional and pathetic experience.

Have you compared your pdf ebills to see what the increase was from? If so, what increased?
