The system does not provide a $5 reduction after setting up the pre-authorized payment.

Can anyone tell me how to resolve this issue?

Was this the first or second bill after you setup autopay? As after you have setup pre-authorised payment it can take one to two bill cycles for the credits to start appearing, its not straight away. More on the auto pay discount can be found in the link.

We already responded to this in your previous post here: 

The payment method was set after the invoice was already released. We verified and the $5 discount will start with your January invoice since it starts with the next invoice after setting it up.
