New customer: ported number but being charged for both lines

We recently moved my husband’s phone from Telus to Koodo. When we got the sim it had a number associated with it. We ported his old number over to replace that, but our bill is charging us for both lines. I only noticed because it seemed high and the math didn’t add up. Not sure how to get the other charges reversed.

It should be a prorated bill - it shows up twice but it’s probably just a few days for the old number and the rest for the new one. First bills can get confusing like that :) But it should sort itself all out by the next invoice!
